Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied. Requests must be made within 7 days of receipt.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and images of the issue. Returns must be shipped back in their original packaging.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval. The amount will be credited via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or temperature-sensitive veterinary products are not eligible for return or refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
