Inhouse product

Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent belonging to the imidazole class. It works by disrupting the fungal cell membrane by inhibiting the biosynthesis of ergosterol — an essential component of fungal cell walls. This results in cell death and elimination of fungal infections.

Formulated in a Talc I.P. base, this product is designed as a fine, soothing dusting powder for topical use in animals. It is intended to treat and prevent superficial fungal infections affecting the skin, hooves, folds, paws, and external genitalia.

•  Clotrimazole I.P. – 1% w/w (10 mg per gram)

•  Talc I.P. – 99% w/w (Pharmaceutical grade, purified, asbestos-free)
