Enrofloxacin is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It acts by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase, leading to disruption of DNA replication and cell death. This formulation ensures high tissue penetration and rapid bactericidal action.
