Levofloxacin is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is commonly used in veterinary medicine to treat respiratory, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissue infections. Benzyl alcohol acts as a preservative.
